Please read the following terms & conditions carefully and in full. By purchasing from Nemo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, we therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions each time you visit the website.
Terms of Sale/ Pricing
By placing an order for goods through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The price you pay for goods ordered is the price specified on this website including GST (goods and services tax) which we are legally required to collect from you. You also agree to pay the delivery and handling fee.
You are liable for any and all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All transactions are billed in NZD.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. The equipment you use to view our website may impact on the display of our products. We do not guarantee that the colour, texture or detail of the product shown on your screen will accurately reflect the actual product.
Measurements provided on our website site are approximate only.
The website is provided for our customers to buy, or find out more about our products and services.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or limit the number of products customers can purchase in a single transaction.
Stock availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability in our showroom and online store. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being โin stockโ that stock will be available to purchase at our physical showroom or online. Many of our products are one off pieces available to be made in fabric choices given.

โGarments will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.
You should expect to receive your purchase within 5-7 working days.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a garment, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Garment(s) must be returned within 7 days. A credit or refund will be given on return of the garment, less any shipping costs. Garments must be in unworn, unlaundered, perfect, saleable condition with original tags still attached for this to apply.
Refunds will not be given for sale garments. Sale garments are eligible for exchange only, provided you advise us of the return within 48 hours of delivery. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, you will be issued a credit note.
Credit Notes expire 6 months from issue date.
Shipping costs for returned garments are the responsibility of the purchaser, and we take no responsibility for items lost in the post. For peace of mind, we suggest you return garments via tracked post or courier, and insure parcels just in case.
DEPOSITS
Any deposit paid to secure a reservation is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a transfer of your deposit towards services for use at another time, within 12 months of your original booking date.
