Our talented team can assess the issue and replace the zip or simply replace the slider. Jeans, jumpers, jackets…. you name it and we can fix it!
Choose the clothing type and size of zip below, and if we think the zip simply needs a new slider, we’ll refund you the difference.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure which variant choice to make. You can either schedule a zoom chat with one of our team to help determine the correct choice, or if there are any discrepancies we will simply get in touch and either refund the difference or request additional payment.

Pay for your order and complete the associated form fields, giving as much description as possible about what exactly needs repair.
Minimum order is $45, so if your order is short, simply have a good dig through your well-worn clothes to find more to mend, OR team up with any friends who need repairs too (bonus: you can split the shipping costs!)

Package your garments, along with a prepaid & self-addressed courier bag, and send the lot to us at your earliest convenience.
Once received, we will complete your repairs as quickly as possible and pop them back into the post to you!
Most repairs will take about a week or less to complete.
